From commercialization of novel medical devices that save lives, to innovative technologies that accelerate the development of biologic products, Clint uses his extensive technical experience to realize profitable products. With a background in biologics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and highly technical products in general he can help inventors commercialize their products and investors to assess a potential investment.

Quality Assurance specialist and Technical Writer
Dawn Pepper has deep experience in medical device quality assurance and technical writing. She collaborates effectively with various teams, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 and 13485. Her passion for precision is demonstrated through her work on gap analysis (e.g audit preparation), risk assessments, procedures, training programs, and other documentation. Dawn’s holistic approach considers not only internal stakeholders, but also the broader community, including business neighbors and product end-users.
Tim Benesh, MBA, CDR, USN (ret)
Supply Chain and Material Management expert
Tim has a passion for efficient processes that is grounded in extensive Supply Chain experience from procurement to logistics. Trained in practical, efficient organizational strategies and experienced in a 24-year career as a Navy Supply Officer and 7 years in the private sector, he offers a unique insight into the people and processes associated within the supply chain. Tim’s cradle-to-grave methodology will leave no stone unturned resulting in savings of time and resources.
Steve Langenderfer
Engineering
Steve is an expert in 3D CAD design and physical product development. He enjoys exploring early ideas to identify critical features and implement them effectively. He advocates for prototyping to eliminate uncertainty and instill confidence. His experience spans various in-house design engineering roles, from large automotive companies to small family-owned businesses, giving him a unique perspective on engineering design, manufacturing, and business operations.
